Q. What is check in / check out time?
A. Check in is 2:00pm / check out is 11:00am.
Q. Can I check in early or late?
A. A request for early check in is honored as space permits. If the hotel you are visiting is full, we may be unable to grant your request. However, you are invited to store luggage until your room becomes available. Please let us know as soon as possible when you would like to extend the checkout time. The extension will be charged JPY1,000 per hour until 2:00pm. Checking out after 2:00pm will be charged the full amount of the night stay.
Q. Can I send luggage beforehand?

Q. Can I pay with the credit card?
A. The following credit card types are generally accepted for the payment at hotel.
VISA, DINERS, American Express, MASTER CARD, JCB, UNIONPAY
Q. Do you have high-speed wired and / or wireless internet access available?
A. Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and wired internet access is available in the guest's room.
Q. Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
A. Room service is provided from WA-SHOKU hana; hours are from 11:00am-2:00pm / 4:30pm-10:30pm on weekdays, 11:00am-10:30pm on Saturday, and 11:00am-9:30pm on Sunday and Holiday.
Q. Do you have onsite parking?
A. We do not have hotel owned parking lots. We recommend the use of public transportation or public transit when possible, or choose one of the discount public parking around the hotel.
Q. Will I be charged a night's stay if I arrive late or miss my arrival date?
A. If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.
